How long does the placement process take? +

In most cases, we can present shortlisted candidates within 24–48 hours of your consultation. The full placement process — from first call to your new staff member starting — typically takes 3–7 days, depending on your availability for interviews.

What if I am not happy with the candidate placed? +

All our placements come with a replacement guarantee. If a placement does not work out within the agreed trial period, we will find and place a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Do you place candidates for temporary or once-off jobs? +

Yes — we offer both permanent and temporary placements. Whether you need a once-off deep cleaner, event catering staff, or a regular domestic worker, we can help.

Are all your candidates legally employed? +

We verify all documentation including South African IDs or valid work permits. We also provide guidance on basic employment contracts and UIF registration to ensure legal compliance for your household.

Which areas do you service? +

We currently operate across Gauteng — including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Midrand, Sandton, Centurion and surrounding areas. Contact us if you are outside these areas and we will do our best to assist.
